WEILI headquarters has five assembly plants, including top-loading washing machines factory , front-loading washing machine factory, microwave oven factory I, microwave oven factory II and refrigeration factory , with more than 20 advanced production lines. Among them, Front loading washing machine factory officially went offline in 2018, which is a rare Front loading specialized production line in China.
In addition, it is also equipped with hardware factory, injection molding factory, parts factory, Meige company and other parts production workshops, with a dedicated supply chain management center for system management and a complete and stable supply chain system. Since 2016, WEILI has invested more than 200 million RMB to reduce costs and increase benefits, nearly 100 million RMB to realize “ industrial robotics ”, and vigorously introduced automatic production equipment, increasing production efficiency by 20%.

Quality Control System
WEILI has a certification and testing center of over 1000 square meters, with professional testing units such as safety performance testing room, noise testing room, ROHS testing room, simulation environment testing room, instrument measurement room, reliability and durability testing room, product life testing room, and more than 300 sets of advanced testing equipment at home and abroad, as well as a group of high-quality testing teams, which are fully capable of According to the requirements of GB, IEC, en, UL and other national and international standards, the safety regulations, performance, reliability and other items of various home appliances are tested.
Since its establishment, the laboratory has strictly abided by the national laws and regulations, established and improved the quality management system in strict accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC17025 standard, and has always served customers with the quality policy of “scientific, fair, accurate and satisfactory”.
